I have been providing Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for USA Triathlon since 2009 in the form of online webinars, clinics, seminars and camps throughout the year. I have recently created the Coaching Mentorship Program, which is offers a wide variety of continuing education opportunities on topics such as exercise physiology, advanced exercise physiology, biomechanics, testing, programming, elite level programming and much more.

The one thing that I’ve learned in Triathlon- I haven’t learned everything! I always keep an open-mind with the definite understand that what works for one athlete might not work for another. This is where the customization is essential.

I work with each of my athletes individually. Your goals are my goals and your success is my success.

Train smarter- not harder,
